We are not a developer, a builder or a construction company. We are not an authorised partner of Eldeco Group or of any other developer named here, and this is not their official website. We provide information and advisory services to prospective buyers.
2. Nature of the information on this site
Everything on this website — prices, sizes, layouts, specifications, amenities, timelines and availability — is indicative only. It is compiled from material published or shared by the developer and may change at any time without notice.
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to make an offer, a warranty, or a contract of any kind. No statement here creates any obligation on the developer or on us. The only binding document is the agreement you sign directly with the developer.
3. Verify before you commit
Before paying any amount towards a property, you must independently verify the project's RERA registration, approvals, layout, pricing and payment schedule with the developer and on the UP RERA portal at up-rera.in. Do not rely on this website, on any brochure, or on anything said verbally by any person as a substitute for that verification.
4. Payments
We do not accept, collect or hold booking amounts, expression-of-interest payments, token money, or any part of the price of a property.
All payments must be made directly to the developer, through banking channels, in the developer's registered account, and against a valid receipt issued by the developer. Never pay cash to any individual and never transfer money to a personal account. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you to do so, stop and call us at +91 84487 22844.
5. Our services and how we are paid
Our advisory service — shortlisting, comparison, site visit arrangement and documentation support — is provided free of charge to the buyer. We receive a brokerage from the developer if and when a booking is completed. We disclose this so that you understand our commercial interest.
6. Using the enquiry forms
When you submit an enquiry form you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you have entered are your own and are accurate, and that you consent to being contacted by us at the number and email you provide. Your consent for this contact overrides any DNC/NDNC registration. You may withdraw it at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit anyone else's contact details without their permission.
7. Intellectual property
All project names, brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They appear on this website only to identify the property about which we provide information, and their use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
Images, plans and renders are the property of the developer and are used for informational purposes. All images are artist's impressions or representational and may not reflect the property as actually constructed. The layout, text and design of this website may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
