Privacy Notice

1. Who we are
This website is an independent marketing and advertising website for Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences, operated by Krishna Elite Property (“we”, “us”). It is not the official website of Eldeco Group or of the project developer.
2. Information we collect
- Details you submit in an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, the configuration you are interested in (3 BHK / 4 BHK), budget range, site-visit preference, buying timeframe, and the type of enquiry you selected (for example price list, brochure or site visit).
- Campaign information: the page you landed on, the website that referred you, and advertising parameters in the link you used (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID, GCLID), so that we can tell which advertisement led to an enquiry. These are kept in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit and are sent to us only when you submit a form.
- Technical information that your browser and our web host receive when you open the website, such as your IP address and browser type, in the ordinary course of serving web pages.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead of using a form, we receive the details you choose to give us in that conversation.
Separately, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads may collect technical and usage information from your browser, and cookies if you accept them, as described in section 7.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send the project information you asked for (such as brochures, price details or floor plans) by phone, SMS or WhatsApp, as described in the notice shown on our forms.
- To arrange site visits and follow up on your enquiry.
- To understand which advertisements and pages lead to enquiries, and to keep records of the enquiries we receive.
- To detect and reject spam or repeated submissions.
- To measure how the website performs and, where you allow optional cookies, to measure and improve our advertising, including showing our advertisements to you elsewhere on the web (remarketing), as described in section 7.
We do not use your details for any purpose unrelated to the project you enquired about.
4. Consent
By submitting an enquiry form you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by phone, SMS or WhatsApp, as stated in the notice on that form. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the contact details above.
Optional analytics and advertising cookies are a separate choice. You make it in the cookie notice and can change it at any time using Cookie Settings (see section 7).
5. Where your information is stored and who processes it
Enquiries submitted through the forms are sent to a Google Apps Script service and stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in a Google account controlled by us, so they are processed on Google’s infrastructure, which may be located outside India. This website is hosted by Hostinger, which serves the pages and may keep ordinary server logs. We limit access to the enquiry records to the people who need them to respond to enquiries.
6. Sharing
We may share your enquiry details with the project developer or its sales representatives where needed to respond to your enquiry or arrange a site visit, and with service providers that help us run this website, handle enquiries and measure our advertising (for example Google and Hostinger, as described in sections 5 and 7). Google may process information collected through its tools on its infrastructure outside India and under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal details.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
Tools we use. This website uses Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads tags for website measurement, conversion tracking and remarketing. We may change the tags we run, and will update this notice if we do.
Your choice. When you first visit, a cookie notice asks you to accept or reject optional analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using here or in the footer of any page. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage on this website.
Before you choose, and if you reject. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not set. However, Google’s tags still load and run in a restricted mode, in which they may send limited signals to Google that do not use cookies, such as the page address, the time of the visit, your browser and device type, and the IP address that Google receives with any web request. Google describes these signals as used for aggregated measurement and conversion modelling. We cannot guarantee that no information at all is sent to Google before you choose or after you reject cookies.
If you accept. Google Analytics and Google Ads may set cookies and use identifiers in your browser to measure visits, to attribute enquiries to our advertisements, and to show our advertisements to you elsewhere on the web (remarketing). Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can manage Google advertising settings at adssettings.google.com.
What our website records. Our website code records events such as the page viewed, clicks on enquiry buttons and on call, WhatsApp and email links, the start, errors and successful submission of an enquiry form, and a reference number for a successful enquiry. Our code does not include your name, mobile number, email address, budget or free-text answers in these events; the only form choice included is the type of home selected (for example 3 BHK or 4 BHK). Which of these events are passed on to Google Analytics or Google Ads depends on our tag settings, which we may change. Google may also collect technical information by itself, as described above and in Google’s policies.
Campaign information. Campaign parameters are held in your browser’s session storage as described in section 2.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep our business records, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed for those purposes. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so unless we need to keep them for a legitimate reason such as a legal requirement.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to tell you what details we hold about you, correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Please write or call using the contact details in section 1 and tell us the mobile number you used in the form. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time.
To change your choice about optional analytics and advertising cookies, use Cookie Settings (section 7). You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the details you give us, including sending form submissions over an HTTPS connection and limiting access to the records. No website or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Other websites and children
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and the UP-RERA portal lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices. The Google map is loaded only when you press the button to load it; once loaded, Google may collect information and set cookies under its own policy. This website is not directed at children.
12. Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
